Vacancy - HR Manager Plantation in KALIMANTAN

Our Client, a multinational company in commodity and agribusiness industry, in Indonesia is seeking for the following position :

HR Manager Plantation (HRM-Plant)
Qualification :
* Bachelor degree (S-1), any discipline
* Having + 5 years experience handling employee in plantation with minimum numbers of 1000
employees.
* Having good analytical thinking and adaptable to changes
* Able to work independently and also as a team.
* Able to communicate oral and written in English.
* Willing to be based in Kalimantan.
