Call Center Manager

Our client is one of the largest hotel in Indonesia. Currently they are looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the position as Call Center Manager.

Qualifications:
Age : min 30 years old
Exp : min 3 years in the same positions (prefer from service or hotel expereince)
Other : strong leadership, communication skill, customers focus, organizational, administrative and technical skills (essential)

Job Desc:
a.. Maximize level of service and efficiency of call center to meet budget
b.. Using the statistic report to interpret meaningful trends in order to anticipate and make good decisions for roster planning
c.. Maximize efficiency
d.. Monitor staffs performance
e.. Monitor and follow up previous issues and problem for resolution
f.. Ensure the necessary training for staffs
g.. Attend sales and mkt meeting so that the update information are being conveyed to the team for smoothly operation
