HR Section Head Post Date: 07 Jan 08
Key focus of this position will be handle coordination and activity
of HR operation and function at one of company factory. Especially
have an experience as HR Supervisor / Ass. Manager at factory /
corporate.
The work covers: control all HR activity and program at field
operation and draft/design HR program for several HR aspect.
Selected candidate for this position will be work as Supervisor /
Head of HR Section that's coordinate and responsible of HR activities
& programs at job location. Work 6 day a week.
Basic Requirements
Education : Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable
university/institut
Gender : Male
Age : 28 until 33 years old
Experience : More than 3 years in HR area, with 1 years as HR Spv. /
Ass. Manager position.
Skill & knowledge : Manpower regulation, Employee/Industrial
Relation, general HR aspect
Language : Active in English both written & oral
The position is based in BEKASI
