VACANCY : INSURANCE OFFICER

We operate and support our clients in the Oil and Gas, Mining and Infrastructure sectors through providing world class delivery standards within a flexible and cooperative business relationship model. To help us meet our strategic goal and deliver our promise to shareholders, currently we are seeking Indonesia¢s exceptionally talented people for the following position:

INSURANCE OFFICER

Education :
The applicant should have a degree in any discipline of business, administration, law or related field, from a reputable university.

Experience :
The applicant should have:
1. Minimum of 3 years experience in the oil and gas, mining, and infrastructure engineering and construction industries, preferably with mining and construction companies.
2. Strong administration and communication skills and experience.
3. Experience in:
a) dealing with plant and equipment, construction all risks, general liability and professional indemnity insurances and claims management;
b) dealing with insurance queries, clients and third parties;
c) maintain claims information on the system;
d) organising payments;
e) preparing documentation to send to clients and brokers;
f) recover damage settlements on behalf of the Company;
g) processes agents' and brokers' correspondence and determine actions to be taken;
h) issues, receives and checks insurance application forms;
i) adjusts insurance coverage and prepares, checks, signs and dispatches standard endorsements;
j) reconciles accounts and maintains statistics;
k) sends notices of premiums due and forms concerning conservation or transfer of insurance;
l) advises the Company on technical matters relating to individual cases;
4. Proficiency in the use of Word and Excel and other mainstream computer tools.

Other requirements :
1. Preferable to have worked with world class international companies.
2. May require travel to project sites within Indonesia from time to time for short durations.
3. First class English skills, in particular written English must be of a very high standard.
4. Self motivated and ability to prioritise work.
5. Advanced interpersonal, client management and communication skills.
6. A ¡can do¢ attitude, with a hands on approach.
