1. QA/QC MANAGER Code QCM
Criteria:
• Has minimum 15 years of experience in EPC or Oil & Gas
industry
• To maintain and improve quality in order the company achieves
international standard of quality and operation
• Develop and implement the quality management system for pec-
tech (LNG)
• Must have developed a quality manual and written quality
procedures before
• Must have experience in construction
• Business understanding of QMS, ISO, TQM
• QA/QC certification

2. SENIOR PIPING ENGINEER Code SPE
Criteria:
• Has minimum 12 years of experience in EPC or Oil & Gas
industry
• To assist and supervise construction in testing of piping and
mechanical system and commissioning
• To assist and coordinate with piping team to review
consultant/ contractor deliverables technical study and collect input
information for engineering process
• Experience in piping stress analysis and design
• Desired experience includes development of engineering man
hour estimates, material procurement start up support and field work
• Experience should cover development of process flow, P&IDs
and checking engineering drawing
• Business understanding in completing plant design lay out and
mechanical design and constructional of process and the piping and
pipeline and interface with procurement and oil & gas industry
• To ensure completeness of plant design and conceptual design
meet specification and international standard

3. SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER Code SME
Criteria:
• Has minimum 12 years of experience in EPC or Oil & Gas
industry
• Specialize in specific field of mechanical engineering such
as heat transfer, hydraulic,
Electromechanics, control and instrumentation, robotics, automation,
piping, rotating equipment, nuclear system, tooling, air conditioning
and refrigeration, or in type of product such as propulsion system or
machinery and mechanical equipment or in type of work such as steam
or gas generation and distribution, steam plant engineering
• Able to provide project engineering management through value
engineering, conduct technical studies and engage in FEED
• Review and approve contractor engineering deliverables,
supervise field construction assist in pre-commissioning and
commissioning

4. SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER Code SPO
Criteria:
• Has minimum 12 years in EPC or Oil & Gas industry
• Develop process design concept and requirements for new
projects process simulation
• Review and revise heat and mass balance, process requirement
• Develop Jr Process Engineer to competent process engineering
standard
• Has competences to assist bid preparation for all project
development
• Ability to develop process simulation template for each type
of project

5. DOCUMENT CONTROL STAFF Code DOC
Criteria:
• Must familiar with DOCUMENTUM application/ software
• Has minimum 5 years in EPC or Oil & Gas industry in similar
position
