Our client, a European-base company, is one of the leading companies in fast moving consumer goods industry.
Currently they are looking for a qualified candidate to join their Sales team as:
DISTRIBUTOR SALES MANAGER
(2 positions for Lampung Based & Banjarmasin Based)
Job Function:
To assist the Regional Sales Manager in managing and overseeing the assigned regional distributor in his area and coordinate field activities to ensure attainment of the company sales, distribution and merchandising objectives.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Achievement of Sales, Distribution and Merchandising Targets
2. Regional Distributor Sales force developmental program
3. Customer Relationships
4. Warehouse and Inventory Management
5. Field Operational Audits
6. Coordination and Steering of RD
7. Administrative Reports and Control
Qualifications:
- Male/Female with maximum age is 40 years old
- Having sales working experience in FMCG Company
- Proficient in spoken and written English, with fluent command of local Bahasa
- Having good interpersonal and leadership skill
- Able to work in a team as well as independently and high driven person
- Having high level of professionalism based on integrity and respect
- Having good analytical and conceptual skill
