HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGER Code : HCM
Purpose of the Job:
Report to Finance and Administration Director, responsible for Human Capital function to drive
continuous improvements in capabilities and motivation of all employees while ensuring total
focus on Organizational Development to bring necessary cultural changes needed for company to grow.

Responsibilities:
- Performs professional Human Capital management by providing the full range of Human Capital functional activities - Identifying, develop, formulate, implement, and maintain Human
Capital strategies through procedures and policies that aligned with the overall business objective of the Organization Development
- Provide up-to-date market data for Management decisions where Human Capital issues are concerned

Requirements:
- Min. 10 years experience in similar field with successful track record, Multinational Company would be an advantage
- Master/bachelor degree majoring Business Management/Psychology/HR

Management with min. GPA 3.00
- People oriented and resourceful with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong analytical thinking and Managerial skill
- Conversant with English (Oral / written) is must
- Conversant with MS office operation

HR – DEVELOPMNT OFFICER Code : HDO
Purpose of the Job:
Report to Assistant Human Capital Manager, responsible for handling and
organizing HR Operational function: Training, Competency Based Human
Resources Management (including Assessment), Motivational Environment, and
Suggestion System Management in order to support business operation in
better performance

Responsibilities:
- Analyze Training Need, Training Annual Schedule execution, evaluate the effectiveness of Training Program
- Handle Competency Based Human Resources Management (Model Competency, Task analyze, Tool assessment, Assessment)
- Interpret Competency Based Human Resources Management result to Employee Development Planning
- Create and implementation of Motivational Environment
- Handle continuous improvement by Suggestion Management System

Requirements:
- Min. 2 years experience in similar position in Manufacturing Industry
- Male, Bachelor degree majoring Psychology/Management, with min. GPA 3.00
- Assessor experiences will advantage
- Can work as part of team and independently, strong development thinking, strong interpersonal skill
- Willing in tight schedule with high self motivation
- Conversant with English (Oral / written) is must
- Conversant with MS office operation

Purpose of the Job:
Report to IT Manager, responsible for supporting company ERP application, analyze, design,
develop and implement new solutions that meet business requirements

Responsibilities:
- Analyze Business Process to design IT Solution, based on Company ERP Application
- Identify the need of further ERP enhancements, to automate and streamline business process.

Requirements:
- Have technical expertise in Information Syteline, SQL Server, Crystal Report, VB. Net
- Min. 2 years experience in similar position in Manufacturing Industry
- Bachelor degree majoring Management Information System/ Computer Sciences/ Software Engineering/ Industry Engineering, with min. GPA 3.00
- Can work as part of team and independently, strong supervisory skill, strong interpersonal skill - Presentation skill will be advantage
- Willing in tight schedule with high self motivation
- Conversant with English (Oral / written) is must C SUPPORT STAFF Code : PSS
Purpose of the Job:
Report to IT Manager, responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance of IT Infrastructures, responsible for giving support and technical assistance to the user

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance of IT Infrastructures (server, network, printer, PC, notebook, software, email, internet)
- Responsible for giving support and technical assistance to the user
- Conduct in house training of Operating Software in PC/Notebook
- Scan and update soft anti virus regularly
- Handle registration of IT Assets

Requirements:
- Min. 1 year experience in similar position in Manufacturing Industry
- Diploma/Bachelor degree majoring Management Information System/ Computer Sciences/ Software Engineering/ Industry Engineering, with min. GPA 3.00
- Can work as part of team and independently, strong supervisory skill, strong interpersonal skill - Willing in tight schedule with high self motivation
- Conversant with English (Oral / written) is must

COUNT RECEIVABLE (SUPERVISOR LEVEL) Code : AR
Purpose of the Job:
Report to Finance, Risk and Revenue Manager, responsible for handle Account Receivable,
should ensure the completeness and on time submission export documents to bank,
monitor the credit limit and AR collection, check export LC

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and properly record all credit term in system
- Preparing draft and application to submit to bank as scheduled
- Checking and updated payment to A/R on daily basis an updated to syteline
- Monitoring Account Receive and any short terms payment
- Able to explain and influence related department to make correction which may lead to a robust internal control

Requirements:
- Min. 2 year experience in similar position in well known bank or MNC will be an advantage
- Has experiences and good technical knowledge in Banking
- Bachelor degree majoring Finance/Accounting, with min. GPA 3.00
- Familiar with export procedure
- High motivation, good interpersonal skills, detail type person, curious and team work player
- Conversant with English (Oral / written) is must
- Conversant with MS office operation

BANKING OPRAON (SUPERVISOR LEVEL) Code : BO
Purpose of the Job:
Report to Finance, Risk and Revenue Manager, responsible for cover all bank operation and letter of credit (LC) arrangement, will perform daily operational fund management, monitoring bank reconciliation, controlling import LC cycle (opening & payment), and propose an efficient and effective banking operation cycle
Responsibilities:
- Handling daily fund Management (ensure efficiency and balance in any bank account)
- Performing bank reconciliation (highlight any outstanding and abnormal items)
- Ensure facility utilization and minimize cost
- Import LC opening/payment
- Monitor pending LC to ensure its validity and any amendment /extension
- Coordinate with purchasing to get up to date information of raw material purchase
- Able to explain and influence related department to make correction which may lead to a robust internal control

Requirements:
- Min. 2 year experience in similar position in well known bank or MNC will be an advantage
- Has experiences and good technical knowledge in Banking
- Bachelor degree majoring Finance/Accounting, with min. GPA 3.00
- Familiar with export procedure
