Key Responsibility:
Incumbent will partner with line business leaders across the company to establish and execute on strategic organization development plans that improve business results. The plans would then be translated into activities such as knowledge management, talent management, training management, competency model development and implementation, and performance management.

Job Requirements:
Min. 2 years experience as OD Manager with deep understanding in integrated Human Resource
Minimal Bachelor Degree in any field Having deep knowledge and exposure on training,
performance management, and people development
Experience in employee coaching and counselling program, design and implementation of knowledge management
