Saptaindra Sejati (SIS) is a well established and modern mining contractor company providing services for the rapid growing mining company and related industries in Kalimantan and beyond, is seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals that willing to work at mine site area to support the company expansion program :

MINING PROJECT MANAGER (PM)

Main Responsibility:
- To ensure the achievement of production coal mining target.
- To make guideline in manage operation activities (plant operation & maintenance) according to
government regulation.
- To ensure the project running well in respect of project planning, deadline target and
evaluation of project performance.
- To ensure cost control in all aspect in operation activities (engineering, plant, production, SHE,
HAGA and all related aspect).
- To manage and empower human resources at work locations.

Qualification for Mining Project Manager:
- Male max. 40 years old with bachelor degree in Mining, Geology, Civil.
- 8 years experience in open pit coal mining area & 2 years in managerial position.
- Have knowledge about Safety, Health & Environment.

PRODUCTION SECTION HEAD (PROD SH)

Main Responsibility:
- To ensure production plan conduct based on company target
- To ensure target of production achieved in effective and efficient way.
- To ensure application of SHE in all aspect of production
- To manage and empower human resources at work location

SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT SECTION HEAD (SHE SH)

Main Resposibility:
- To ensure the application of SHE policy and SOP.
- To ensure achievement of SHE target (Zero Loss Time Injury/ LTI).
- To accordinate of all SHE aspect to related parties.

Qualification for Section Head:
- Male max. 40 Years old with bachelor degree related to each position.
- 5 years experience in open pit coal mining area & 2 years in managerial position.
- Have knowledge about Safety, Health & Environment.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (PROD Spv)

Main Responsibility:
- To assist superior in making production plan based on company target.
- To assist superior in achieving production target in effective and efficient way.
- To assist superior in applying SHE in all aspect of production.
- To supervise and empower human resources at work locations.

PLANT SUPERVISOR (PLANT Spv)

Main Responsibility:
- To assist superior in the main & supporting equipment are available to support production
achievement.
- To make priority of action in conducting activities at work location.
- To conduct all activity plan in optimal way based on cost and SHE regulation.
- To supervise and make job allocation to group leader.

SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT SUPERVISOR (SHE Spv)

Main Responsibility:
- To assist superior Head in applying SHE rules, policy and SOP.
- To monitor and supervise achievement of SHE target (Zero Loss Time Injury/ LTI)
- To assist superior in coordinating of all SHE aspect to related parties.

Qualification for Supervisor:
- Male max. 35 years old with bachelor degree in related to each position.
- 3 years experience as supervisor in open pit coal mining.
- Have a second class blasting certificate for PROD Spv.
