JCI Executive Search International’s client, a large
and fast-growing FOREIGN BANK, is currently seeking
for the following position:

HEAD CONSUMER BANKING CREDIT
(Level: Senior Vice President)
To be based in Jakarta, reporting to the Managing Director

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage Indonesian Consumer Banking Credit
Team and contribute towards the achievement of business goals and strategic directions of the Bank.
Support the expansion of credit initiatives into selected market segments in Indonesia
Monitor quality and profitability of loan portfolios in Consumer Banking
Safeguard credit position for Consumer Banking
business and ensure quality credit decisions are made promptly
Keep abreast of market conditions and to ensure consumer banking credit policies and decisions are in line with changing business environment and compliance to legal / statutory requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
A seasoned credit professional with minimum 10 years’ experience in consumer credit risk management with multi product and regional exposure
Sound knowledge on local consumer lending and regulatory rules
Good technical know-how on consumer banking credit decision models, portfolio management, collection and system infrastructure
Minimum Bachelor degree (S1)
Good communication skills (ENGLISH is a MUST)
