POSITION TITLE : HR Assistant Manager ("HRAM")
THE ROLE :
Reporting to the HRD&GA Manager, the job holder will provide services in ensuring achievement of target in human resources functions : recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation benefit, industrial relation, and human resources information system

THE JOB:
* Interface with Recruitment and Training Officer in all recruitment and training matters including but not limited to recruitment and training policy, procedures and activities.
* Assisting HR Manager to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, performance management system, compensation management,
* Assist HR Manager to conduct day-to-day HR functions.
* To develop and maintain a harmonious industrial relation.
* To review and improve current HR policies and procedures.
* To implement HRIS and review for improvement.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor degree (S1) in psychology, management, law and social science.
* 5-7 years experience in HR Management : recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation benefit, industrial relation, and HRIS.
* Age between 30 to 35 years old.
* A strong knowledge of the Indonesian labor laws and human resources best practices.
* Fluency in spoken and written English is a must
* Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Microsoft Access and have administration skills.
* A team player who is also able to work independently, good interpersonal skill, and target oriented.

POSITION TITLE: Recruitment and Training Officer ("RTO")
THE ROLE :
Reporting to the HRD&GA Manager, the job holder will provide services in ensuring achievement of target in recruitment and selection, training and development and career management in the company.

THE JOB:
* Responsible in recruitment process start from getting the approved requisition form from clients, sourcing the candidates, arranging and conducting interviews, references check, handling correspondence with candidates and updating the recruitment progress worksheet.
* Producing weekly and monthly reports of recruitment activities and ensure that candidates are recruited before set deadlines.
* Establish and maintain networks with recruitment sources such ex-employees, associations, schools and training providers, and other sources.
* Maintain the recruitment database and filing.
* Conducting training need analysis.
* Develop company's specific individual Training and Development
* Develop training and development modules for employees.
* Identify the most suitable training program and how to implement it.
* Develop company's General Training and Development programme/modules.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum S1 degree from psychology.
* 3-5 years experience handling recruitment, selection and placement, training and development and career management, preferably within oil and gas industry.
* Age between 28 to 33 years old.
* Able to design job test and test methods suitable to the job and develop training program.
* Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
* Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Microsoft Access and have administration skills.
* A team player who is also able to work independently, good interpersonal skill, and target oriented.

POSITION TITLE: Human Resources Staff ("HRS")
THE ROLE :
Reporting to the HR Officer, the job holder will provide services in handling human resources information system and administration.

THE JOB:
* Responsible in handling day-to-day human resources administration, including but not limited to applicant database, employee database, training and development, payroll, medical benefit program, and other personnel administration such as employment agreement, attendance as well as leave records.
* Maintain human resources filing.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum D3 from any discipline.
* Minimum 2 years experience in handling human resources administration, having experience in human resources information system is advantage.
* Age between 21 to 25 years old.
* Able to communicate in English.
* Computer literacy: MSWord, Excel, Microsoft Access and have administration skills.
* A team player who is also able to work independently, good interpersonal skill, and target oriented.
