Our client is a well-known public listed company dealing in integrated poultry industry, starting from breeding, hatchery, slaughterhouse, feed mill and poultry equipment. Serving customers throughout the Indonesia market and its surrounding countries.
Urgently looking for a highly qualified candidate for;

PLANT MANAGER FEEDMILL (code PMF)

The incumbent will report to General Manager Operations, will supervise 4 managers and 300 workers, and be responsible on production, warehouse, PPIC and technic performance. This position based Balaraja.

Requirements:
- Male/Female with min 30 years
- Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Has min 5 years experience in manufacturing, preferable in feedmill
- Good communication
- Great analytical skill
- Strong leadership skill
- Good network & relationship
- Fluency in written & spoken English
