Our client is an international marketer, processor and distributor of agricultural, food, financial and industrial products and services with in 65 countries. The company provides distinctive customer solutions in supply chain management, food applications, and health and nutrition. In line with company’s continued growth and expansion, is currently looking for a highly qualified candidate to fill following position;

HR MANAGER (code HRM)

The incumbent will have dual reporting line to HR Director and GM Estate and be responsible for the overall HR function in the job site. This is a very senior position in the jobsite and the incumbent will have a close contact and interactions with expatriate managers. An attractive remuneration package, including incentive, accommodation and transportation would be provided to the incumbent. This position will be stationed in plants in Kalimantan.

The Requirements of this position are shown below:

Min S1 degree from reputable university, and be familiar with all related labor laws and regulations
At least 5 years of experiences in industrial relations from a unionized company
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent leadership, organizational, and team-building skills
Proficiency in the English language
Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel & Power Point)
