Our Client, a multinational Company for Mining, invite experienced and committed personnel for the following positions:

Human Resources Manager (08 – 0083)

Point of Hire: Bontang (East Kalimantan).

· S1 Degree in Law, Management, Psychology, or related
· 10 years experience in handling HR Department (training, industrial relations,
recruitment, administration)
· Having good knowledge and ability to manage and administer in organization
· Strong experience in Industrial Relation
· Having good knowledge of expatriate formalities and manpower regulation
· Good communication in both written and spoken English
· Good interpersonal and organizational skills
· Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
· Computer literate (MS Office)
· Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity
