Legal Officer

An Energy business involved in the oil and gas industry is immediately seeking highly motivated and experience professional to fill position:

LEGAL OFFICER (2 prs)

Requirement :
· Bachelor's degree in Law
· Male/Female, max 35 years old
· Having 2 – 5 years relevant experience and hands on skill in legal, preferably experienced in oil
& gas industry
· Having a good knowledge in government regulation, permit & license
· Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Main Responsibilities:
· Provide Legal service in order to ensure that the operation of company business complies with
laws and other prevalent regulatory provisions.
· Evaluate/analysis proposal or draft of agreement/contract in handling certain legal issues to
proposal team.
