Urgently needed : Several HR Managerial position

Our client, a multinational banking in searching for the right candidate for the following position:

1. PAYROLL MANAGER
Requirement:
- Responsible in managing all payroll disbursement includes tax and benefit payments
- Have good command in English, verbal and written
- Having at least 3 years experience in the same position handling more than 5000 employees
- Posses strong knowledge in manpower law
- Familiar with compensation & benefit and employee tax calculation

2. ORGANIZATION DESIGN AND IMPROVEMENT MANAGER
Requirement:
- Have good command in English
- Able to create and develop HR policies and procedures
- Have 5 years experience in the full spectrum fast-paced environment of human resources
function
- Preferabble from global multinational company

3. HE SYSTEM & PROCEDURE MANAGER
Requirement:
- Responsible in conducting analysis of companywide organization effectiveness
- Designing the right organization with clear accountability to provide ideas in improving
organization performance
- Having good command in english, verbal and written
- Have strong understanding of Business processes
- Having good analytical skills 6. Having experience in performance management

Regeral Requirement:
1. Having the same experience with the applied position, at least 5 years
2. Age between 30-35 years old
3. Computer literated
